Lino Typography Workshops

Working at Arts Network, we ran a series of workshops with members where we researched and explored the history, terminology and function of type in design.

Collectively we hand-carved lino to end up with two full sets of western glyphs; uppercase, lowercase and punctuation.

We went on to use these lino blocks to write poems and slogans with the members.
